PH'EAST is a fun and vibrant food hall at The Battery, perfect for satisfying cravings with a variety of Asian-inspired eats. Whether you're in the mood for ramen, bao, poke, or boba, there's something for everyone. The setup makes it ideal for groups who want different options but still dine together in the same spot. The food quality is solid, with some standout dishes depending on the vendor, and it's a great place to grab a quick bite before a Braves game or during a day out. The atmosphere is casual, with plenty of seating, and it's lively without feeling overcrowded. While the food is good, it's not necessarily the most authentic or mind-blowing Asian cuisine, but it's convenient and hits the spot. PH'EAST is definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, especially for its variety and the overall Battery experience! Service is always quick and friendly.
So upset I didn't take a picture of the amazing food we had. But when I tell you, EVERYTHING was FIRE!! My son had the Spicy Ramen Tan Tan it was not too hot and the pork was so delicious. I tried the Thai place and had their Thai fried rice with shrimp. The shrimp were huge and so were the portion sizes. The we had the king fu tea and I had my fav the Taro slush. Plus the vibe was super casual and chill. Absolutely loved this spot!! Service was fast and convenient, so if you had to get a quick bite and want something yummy this is it! ATL did not disappoint!
This was great, we got all we needed. We 3 were in a different mood for food so we were able to pick and choose what we wanted. The quality of the food was exactly as expected from a place like it. It was tasty and did not take long to get. Service from the different vendors was fine, they were ll nice and attentive. The atmosphere was also as expected, not super load, even though it was at about 75% capacity and there were 2 football games on at the bar. The bar had cold beer and decent cocktails. Pricing was also as expected from a place of this nature.
This place is located in the Battery (Atlanta braves area). The best part about this place is there are multiple small restaurant within it. So it's more of a food court for Asian cuisine than a restaurant. We had ramen and it was delicious and large. A great place to go if you love Asian food and want options. Great for a group as well.
Place is super good, lots of amazing choices. If you aren't sure what you want to eat then this is a great choice because you can get a couple things from 5 stalls and a drink from the bar got something from the poke place, Kungfu tea, and Fant'asia and was a good treat before the baseball game. I would come here again for sure. Disclaimer: Even though on the Battery's parking says merchants and restaurants will do validation on event days if you spend $50, do not expect to do it here. They will look at you crazy at every stall and not know what to do. Seems to be a theme here at the Battery when you ask someone to validate your parking. Go to Yard House, they seem to be only one that knows how to do this shit.
Great concept for a food hall. I believe the only one located in the battery, it's nice to leave a crowded game and still be able to get a quick meal while beating the crowds. I ordered from the Thai restaurant and got the pad see ewe with chicken. It was excellent! Came out very quick too! Found a table before the rush and sat right down. Wouldn't hesitate to come here again.
Fun Asian themed food hall at The Battery. There's a bar, a poke place, a ramen place, a Thai place, a Chinese place and a boba tea place. The atmosphere is light and fun. There is lots of seating. Low and high tables. Indoors and outside in a patio. You order your food and drinks and then find a table. The prices are a little on the high side. It is a welcome place to eat here. It is more casual than the other places to eat at the Battery and there are lots of food choices at one place. Perfect for families We have been here several times and will come again.
Food was amazing. The noodles were cooked nicely, broth was rich, and the toppings was generous. Although a bit pricey, the cashier was very nice and informed us their specialties on the menu and helped us in our lunch selection. The ambiance itself reminds me of a sports bar. There are many stalls that contains a variety of restaurants or snack shops, and a large seating area in the middle. I really enjoyed visiting this place but due to its location right next to Truist Park Stadium, it can get quite packed on game days!!
Ph'east is the Asian food hall at The Battery Atlanta. It opened on February 1, 2020. It's got a solid collection of local (metro Atlanta) Asian restaurant brands plus a location of one of the world's largest bubble tea chains in Kung Fu Tea. I like this place. I think it's great The Battery has it, not only for Braves game days, but for this side of town/Cobb County in general. If you live or work in this area, you have less reason to drive on the Top End Perimeter to get your bubble tea fix or Bo Bo Garden, or south into town for good Thai or ramen. At the time of my visit, there were six vendors inside Ph'east. Going clockwise, they were: 1. Kung Fu Tea - bubble tea https://www.yelp.com/biz/kung-fu-tea-atlanta-8 2. Fant'asia by Bo Bo Garden - Chinese (Cantonese) food https://www.yelp.com/biz/fan-tasia-atlanta 3. 26 Thai Kitchen https://www.yelp.com/biz/26-thai-kitchen-the-battery-atlanta 4. Poke Burri - poke and sushi burritos https://www.yelp.com/biz/poke-burri-battery-atlanta-2 5. Lifting Noodles Ramen https://www.yelp.com/biz/lifting-noodles-ramen-battery-atlanta 6. Taps at Ph'east - bar https://www.yelp.com/biz/taps-at-pheast-atlanta Laotian restaurant Snackboxe Bistro, with locations in Doraville and Duluth, had a short-lived location at Ph'east: https://www.yelp.com/biz/snackboxe-bistro-atlanta-3. 26 Thai Kitchen's fourth location, which opened on September 6, 2022, replaced it. Poke Burri and Lifting Noodles Ramen are co-founded and co-owned by the same person that owns Ph'east itself, Seven Chan. I'm familiar with Poke Burri and Lifting Noodles from their original locations in East Atlanta Village. They opened in 2016 and 2018, respectively. Since those openings, the two brands have expanded well beyond Georgia. In metro Atlanta, they're typically found as a pair in food courts/food halls like here at Ph'east, We Suki Suki in EAV, Coda in Midtown (Poke Burri only), and Sweet Octopus in Duluth. Taps is the central wraparound bar that ties everything together. True to its name, there are plenty of beers on tap plus many other types of adult beverages. Full bar. Ph'east has an industrial, modern, Asian design. It looks cool. There's a variety of seating: indoor, outdoor, communal, personal, banquette, and high-top. There are several TV displays at the bar plus a big projector screen above Fant'asia so you won't miss any Braves (or other) action. Parking at The Battery is free for the first 3 hours on non-event/game days and the first 2 hours on event/game days. For Ph'east, I suggest parking in the Purple Deck. Ph'east and the Purple Deck are in the same block. The Red Deck across Heritage Ct SE works well too. "Battery Purple Deck" and "Battery Red Deck" should pop up in your navigation app (Waze, Google Maps, Apple Maps).
